I have over 22 years of professional experience as a licensed massage therapist, certified fitness trainer, and bodywork practitioner.

I enjoy helping clients improve a healthy lifestyle through a customized approach of therapeutic massage and bodywork. My strengths include sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, assisted stretching, active muscle release, cupping, prenatal, lymph drainage, cranial sacral, and relaxing massage modalities.

I have over 25 years in exercise instruction and bring this experience to my client’s fitness recovery goals. I can help with correcting muscle alignment due to incorrect form and overuse injury.
