Life can be very overwhelming and challenging. It is my belief that we possess the ability to create positive change within our lives. At times, we may feel less able to overcome the issues that we are currently facing and need to also process things that have occurred in our past.

It is my goal to help people reach their potential in their lives by providing a comfortable environment for them to express themselves freely in a collaborative, non-judgmental, accepting space. I am genuine and empathetic and aim to be direct with my communication to help each person in unique ways. I work with individuals, couples, and families to identify barriers to reaching their goals, including issues within yourself, as well as how to work with issues outside of yourself, empowering you along the way.

I use a combination of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify patterns that may be negatively impacting you, as well as Motivational Interviewing to help break through the ambivalence that may be keeping you stuck and preventing you from creating the necessary change in your life.
