PERSONAL STATEMENT

Gabriella Deleski is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Texas providing nutrition counseling services to adolescents and adults. As a Registered Dietitian, she works with clients collaboratively in order to help them reclaim their mind-body-food connection, and rediscover the joys of eating. She is deeply passionate about helping others find their peace with food, and an appreciation for their bodies. Gaby utilizes and promotes the Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, as well as intuitive eating. Gabriella works full-time as the Lead Dietitian at an eating disorder treatment center PHP/IOP program and has extensive background in the treatment of eating disorders. Gabriella is also currently under supervision and is working towards her Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) credentialing. Gabriella has expertise in several areas including (but not limited to):
